What is Polyurthane?

Polyurethane grouting offers a cleaner, quicker, and less intrusive alternative to cement grouting. Whether it’s for commercial floors, highways, or any other application, polyurethane grouting proves to be a cost-effective, efficient solution for addressing settlement issues and instability.

The process of polyurethane grouting involves mixing and injecting two liquid components under pressure, also known as polyurethane injection, beneath the area or structure in need of repair. These two liquids undergo a reaction with each other, causing them to expand and harden, similar to the foam used to seal around windows. Our polyurethane grouts initially remain in a liquid state for a brief period before expanding. This initial liquidity allows them to disperse from the injection site, but they quickly solidify and can exert significant force during expansion.
